Armed with a headlamp, we set out towards the Montague bridge. The Montague bridge is suspended high over the water. It is a massive stone structure that was given as a wedding gift to one of the sons in the Buccleuch family. The son married a woman with the last name Montague- hence the name. The edges of the bridge was wide enough that the three of us were able to climb up and lie down. It was there that we talked and watched the stars together. It was such a lovely time. The sound of the waterfalls below us mixed with the noise from the wind. It mixed in such a way that we could not tell the difference between the two. We turned the lamp off and let our eyes adjust to the darkness as we lay there.
The creaky bridge and the tunnel.

sounds amazing! Reminds me of a conversation we had.
Yes it does doesn't it? It is certainly a help to have the two friends I have here.
